El dissabte 26 d’octubre es va inaugurar a Ca l’Arrenas, centre d’art del Museu de Mataró, el cicle d’exposicions Art a Mataró, 1942-1958 els anys de la represa, comissariat per Àlex Mitrani, professor d’EINA. Es tracta d’un conjunt d’exposicions que reconstrueixen la consolidació de l’art modern als anys de postguerra. El projecte inclou intervencions d’artistes contemporanis que fan una lectura crítica del període. Actualment es poden veure les exposicions “Modernitat en temps difícils”, Joan Brotat / Enric Planasdurà: primitivisme i abstracció” i “Rafel G. Bianchi. Debe haber algo que esconder”.

Se trata de un conjunto de exposiciones que reconstruyen la consolidación del arte moderno en los años de posguerra. El proyecto incluye intervenciones de artsites contemporáneos que hacen una lectura crítica del período. Actualmente se pueden ver las exposiciones “Modernitat en temps difícils”, Joan Brotat / Enric Planasdurà: primitivisme i abstracció” y “Rafel G. Bianchi. Debe haber algo que esconder”.

Saturday 26 October saw the inauguration at Ca l’Arrenas, the art centre of the Museum of Mataró, of the season of exhibitions Art in Mataró, 1942-1958 the years of renewal, curated by Àlex Mitrani, teacher at EINA. This is a series of exhibitions that reconstruct the establishment of modern art in the postwar years. The project includes interventions by contemporary artists who offer a critical vision of the period. Currently showing are the exhibitions “Modernity in Difficult Times”, Joan Brotat / Enric Planasdurà: primitivism and abstraction” and “Rafel G. Bianchi. There must be something to hide”.
